About the role
You will own day-to-day financial operations, improve reporting discipline, and bring structure to how we track performance.
What you'll do
- Own budgeting, reporting, and core finance operations.
- Improve internal controls and reporting rhythm.
- Support planning with clean financial data.
You should have
- Experience in finance operations, FP&A, or controllership.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfort working with founders on planning and reporting.
- Ability to make financial processes simple and clear.
Bonus
Startup or SaaS experience.Experience with US finance operations.Comfort working across finance systems and spreadsheets.
