Draft invoices are not synced. New customers appear in Paystorm after they have collectible invoice activity.

- Confirm the invoice is issued and not a draft.
- Confirm the customer has collectible invoice activity.
- Refresh Zoho Books data from the Paystorm account page.
- Contact Paystorm support if the data still does not appear.
8. Disconnecting
To disconnect Zoho Books, log in to Paystorm, go to account settings or integrations, select the connected Zoho Books account, and choose disconnect or revoke access.
After disconnecting, Paystorm will no longer sync or refresh Zoho Books receivables data. Existing records remain in Zoho Books.
9. Security and Privacy
Zoho Books authorization uses OAuth, so users approve access through Zoho instead of sharing Zoho passwords with Paystorm.
Paystorm states that OAuth-provider data is used to deliver enabled features, is not used to train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models, and is not shared with advertising or data-broker services.
